Package Includes
• Accommodation in above mentioned hotels or Similar category with base category rooms at places.
• A/c Vehicle for all transfer & Sightseeing.
• Buffet Breakfast at all the hotels.
• All Applicable Taxes. Except Service Tax 3.09% which will be charged extra on all the packages.
Package Excludes
• Any meals other than those mentioned above.
• Any Airfare / Train fare.
• Entrance fees to Amusement parks & Boating charges.
• Any portage at airports and hotels, tips, insurance, wine, mineral water, telephone charges, and all items of personal nature.
• Any services not specifically mentioned in the inclusions.
• Expenses caused by factors beyond our control like rail and flight delays, roadblocks, vehicle malfunctions, political disturbances etc.
Please Note
• At Munnar & Thekkady, A/c rooms are not provided due to low temp.
• Supplementary cost for Ac Dlx. Houseboat instead of hotels at Standard Category Would be Rs. 3000 Per Person & Ac Premium Houseboat @ 4000 Per Person.
• Package rates Valid From 01st October 2014 till 31st March 2015.
• Package rates Not valid from 15th October to 10th November 2014. Rates on request.
• 25% hike in rates applicable for travel date 20th December 2014 to 10th January 2015.
• Service Tax of 3.09% extra.
Note
• At Hotel Check-in time is 14.00 hrs & Check-out time 12.00 Noon.
• Early check in and late checkout subject to availability.
• At Houseboat Check-in time is 12.00 hrs. & Check-out time is 09.00 hrs.
• In A/C Deluxe category Houseboat, A/C will be operational from 9:00 P.M. to 6:00 A.M.
• In A/C Premium category Houseboat, A/C will be operational as per your requirements.
• All houseboat become standstill from 5.30 pm to 8.00 am next day due to Govt. restrictions.
• The above rates are valid for the mentioned period only and subject to change without any prior notice.
